1. You start with a $100 balance.
That $100 is credit, not a fee — it sits in your account ready to use. It’s yours.

2. You’re only charged when a customer actually talks to Kai.
Every conversation Kai has with one of your customers draws a small amount from your balance. No customers, no charges. Kai waiting on your site costs you nothing.

3. Every conversation is metered — fairly and transparently.
We measure the real cost of each interaction down to the fraction of a cent, so you pay for exactly what’s used:

• Text chats: about [X¢] per conversation.
• Voice conversations: about [Y¢] per minute (voice uses more processing, so it’s a little more).

4. No surprise bills — ever.
